Avant de r\u00e9diger ce document, j&rsquo;ai effectu\u00e9&nbsp;&nbsp;des recherches documentaires et des interviews de managers en France et au Br\u00e9sil. &nbsp;Puis j&rsquo;ai fait une relecture \u00e9ditoriale du rapport dont la mise en page a \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;&nbsp;r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019agence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.havasgroup.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Havas Worldwide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En outre, j\u2019ai conseill\u00e9 des actions pour d\u00e9velopper la communication du <strong>changement<\/strong> comme cr\u00e9er un blog interne, un r\u00e9seau social interne et une e-newsletter sur l&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 de la modernisation du&nbsp;groupe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Enfin, cette mission m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences de <strong>communication interne<\/strong> dans un&nbsp;groupe&nbsp;mondial&nbsp;de <strong>haute technologie<\/strong>.
